The Eaton Moeller® series LS-02/F is a safety position switch with a rounded plunger actuator and two normally closed (2 NC) slow-action contacts. Designed for dependable mechanical operation, it features positive and forced opening according to IEC/EN 60947-5-1, ensuring reliable disconnection in safety-critical control circuits. The compact insulated yellow housing is made from high-strength plastic and provides IP66/IP67 protection for harsh industrial environments. The LS-02/F operates in a temperature range of −25 °C to +70 °C, offers a mechanical lifespan of 8 million operations, and supports 6,000 operations per hour. With Cage Clamp terminals, it ensures quick, vibration-resistant wiring. The unit complies with CE, UL 508, CSA C22.2 No. 14, and IEC/EN 60947-5, providing proven global certification for safe and consistent performance.
