The Eaton/Moeller A-PKZ0(250VDC) Shunt Release (new Eaton part number XTPAXSR250VDC) is a circuit breaker accessory designed for remote tripping applications. Operating at 250 VDC, it is suitable for use with PKZM0, PKZM4, PKZM0-T, PKM0, PKZM01, and PKE motor-protective circuit breakers. The unit mounts on the left-hand side of the breaker and connects via screw terminals for secure installation. With an operating range of 0.7–1.1 × Us, pull-in power of 5 VA, and sealing power of 3 VA, it ensures dependable operation. The device cannot be combined with the U-PKZ0 undervoltage release. Certified to UL 508, CSA C22.2 No.14, IEC 60947-4-1, and CE standards, this shunt release is a robust solution for industrial control applications requiring DC actuation.
