The Eaton/Moeller A-PKZ0(240V50HZ) Shunt Release (new Eaton part number XTPAXSR240V50H) is an accessory for motor-protective circuit breakers that enables remote-controlled tripping. Designed to operate at 240 V AC 50 Hz, it is suitable for use with PKZM0, PKZM4, PKZM0-T, PKM0, PKZM01, and PKE breakers. The device mounts on the left side of the breaker and uses screw terminals for secure connection. It requires 5 VA pull-in power and 3 VA sealing power, with an operating range of 0.7–1.1 × Us. The shunt release cannot be combined with the U-PKZ0 undervoltage release. Fully compliant with UL 508, CSA C22.2 No.14, IEC 60947-4-1, and CE standards, this accessory ensures safe and reliable operation in international motor protection applications.
