Eaton/Moeller M22 Titan
Overview

This (M22-IVS) simple din rail adaptor allows Moeller Pushbuttons, speed or trim potentiometers, key or Selector switch’s to be mounted inside control panels. Simply snap onto any din rail.

The M22-DZ-B-GB14’s primary purpose is to reset tripped overload relays from outside the

Control cabinet, however many other uses have been found to actuate anything inside a

Control cabinet such as resets on printed circuit boards.

Emergency stop buttons M22-PV (Maintained), M22-PVL (Maintained With pilot light), M22-PVS (Maintained Key Reset) are shown installed in Moeller’s M22-IY1-PG Surface Mount,  one Opening, IP66, Totally insulated enclosure Featuring stainless steel screws.

Dual pushbuttons with pilot light M22-DDL-GR-GB1/GB0 (Start, Stop, PL), M22-DDL-S-X7/X7 (Up Arrow, Down Arrow, PL),  M22-DDL-S-X4/X5 (Plus, Minus, PL) are shown installed in Moeller’s M22-I1-PG Surface Mount, one Opening, IP66, Totally insulated enclosure Featuring stainless steel screws.

 

Internal view of the M22-I1-PG populated With one M22-KC01, M22-LED230C, M22-KC10. Contacts are very easy to identify –RED=Normally  Closed and GREEN= normally open. The stations are extremely easy and safe to troubleshoot in the field,  Since all the wiring and contacts stay in the base and the Cover simply removes. This avoids the technician from  standing there with a handful of HOT wires.
