The Moeller ZMR-32-PKZ2 is a high-performance motor protector trip block compatible with PKZ2 motor protection devices. Designed for demanding applications, it features an adjustable thermal trip range of 24–32A and magnetic trip settings from 275–425A. This unit is suitable for 3-phase motors rated up to 10 HP at 230V and 20 HP at 460V. It acts similarly to an overload relay by using built-in auxiliary contacts to interrupt the contactor coil in the event of an overload. It also protects against short circuits via magnetic trip. Key features include HAND/AUTO reset capability, ambient temperature compensation, phase failure sensitivity, and tamper-proof covers to prevent unauthorized adjustments. Certified to UL and CSA standards. Not compatible with U/A voltage trips or RE/RS remote drives.
