The Moeller ZMR-10-PKZ2 is a motor protector trip block designed for use with PKZ2 motor protection breakers, offering adjustable thermal protection from 6–10A and magnetic trip settings from 80–140A. This trip block is ideal for motor protection applications requiring precise coordination with motor full load current (FLC). It supports 3-phase motors rated up to 3 HP at 230V and 5 HP at 460V. The ZMR-10-PKZ2 includes a HAND/AUTO reset feature and uses auxiliary contacts to signal overload conditions by interrupting the contactor coil circuit. It also provides short-circuit protection similar to standard ZM trip modules. With ambient temperature compensation, phase failure sensitivity, and tamper-proof adjustment covers, it ensures dependable motor protection. UL and CSA certified. Not compatible with U/A voltage trips or RE/RS remote control drives.
