The Moeller ZMR-1-PKZ2 is a motor protector trip block designed for use with PKZ2 motor protective circuit breakers. It features an adjustable thermal range of 0.6–1A and a magnetic trip setting between 8–14A, allowing precise coordination with motor full load current (FLC). This 3-phase trip unit includes ambient temperature compensation, phase failure sensitivity, and tamper-proof covers over the setting dials. It is equipped with a HAND/AUTO reset switch and uses auxiliary contacts to de-energize the contactor during an overload condition. The unit is not compatible with U/A voltage trips or RE/RS remote operators and is UL/CSA certified.
