The Moeller ZMR-1,6-PKZ2 is a motor protector trip block engineered for integration with PKZ2 motor protection devices. It provides adjustable thermal protection in the 1–1.6A range and magnetic trip functionality between 14–22A, designed to match the motor's full load current (FLC). This unit supports 3-phase motors up to 3/4 HP at 230V and 1 HP at 460V. It includes a HAND/AUTO reset feature, ambient temperature compensation, phase failure sensitivity, and tamper-proof covers over the adjustment dials. Its built-in auxiliary contacts trip the contactor in case of overload. The unit is UL/CSA certified and must not be used with U/A voltage trips or RE/RS remote drives.
