The Moeller ZMR-0.6-PKZ2 is a motor protector trip block with integrated overload relay functionality, designed for use with PKZ2 motor protection systems. Featuring an adjustable thermal trip range of 0.4 – 0.6 A and a magnetic trip range of 5 – 8 A, this module provides accurate overload and short-circuit protection for small motors.
Unlike standard ZM modules, the ZMR version includes auxiliary contacts to de-energize a contactor and signal an overload condition. It is also equipped with a HAND/AUTO reset switch, offering enhanced control for manual or automatic system recovery.
The unit includes ambient temperature compensation, phase failure sensitivity, tamper-proof adjustment covers, and a coding accessory for proper module-to-motor matching. The ZMR-0.6-PKZ2 is UL and CSA certified, and cannot be combined with U/A voltage trips or RE/RS remote modules.
