It offers an adjustable thermal overload range of 0.25–0.4A and a fixed magnetic trip response of 5.6A, making it suitable for precise protection in accordance with motor full load current. UL listed and CSA certified as a Type E self-protected combination controller, the XTPRCP40BC1NL integrates overload, short-circuit, disconnect, and control functions into a single unit. With a short-circuit current rating of 50 kA at 600 V AC and compatibility with up to 600A fuses or breakers, this model is also marked “Suitable for group installations” in compliance with NEC 430.53 and CEC Rule 28-206, providing a cost-saving and space-efficient solution for industrial control panels.
