The Moeller VGSPKZ250 is a varistor suppressor designed for use with SE00-PKZ0 and S00-PKZ0 contactors, as well as compatible modules in the PKZ system. It provides effective surge suppression for AC coil applications operating between 110 and 250 volts. Optimized for 50–60 Hz AC operation, the VGSPKZ250 safeguards contactor coils and control circuits from voltage spikes, extending component life and ensuring reliable performance. DC-rated contactor coils are supplied with built-in surge suppressors and do not require this accessory. Compact and easy to install, the VGSPKZ250 is ideal for industrial control applications where protection against transient overvoltages is critical.
