The Moeller ST-PKZ2 is a control terminal designed for line voltage tap-off applications between a PKZ2 motor protector and a contactor in combination units. It provides easy access to the load-side terminals of the PKZ2/SM motor protector for tapping off control circuits. Compatible with 2.8 mm fast-on connectors (insulated or non-insulated), it supports AWG 16 to 20 copper conductors. The maximum allowable current draw is 1 A or 15% of the thermal dial (FLC) setting—whichever is lower. Users must adjust the thermal dial to account for the additional current. Ideal for compact motor starter assemblies requiring integrated control circuit access.
