The Moeller PKZ2/ZMR-1.6/S-SP is a compact, self-protected manual motor starter that integrates overload and short-circuit protection in one device. This unit includes the PKZ2/S-SP base module with integrated contactor, ZMR-1.6-PKZ2 overload relay (adjustable thermal range: 1–1.6 A), and C-PKZ2 DIN rail mounting adapter. With a magnetic trip range of 14–22 A, it supports motors up to 1/3 HP at 230 V and 3/4 HP at 460 V. UL 508 and CSA 22.2 certified as a Type E combination motor controller, it requires no backup overcurrent protection. Built-in auxiliary contacts, phase-loss differential trip, plug-in trip module, and accessory compatibility make this motor starter a reliable and space-saving solution for industrial motor control applications.
