The Moeller PKZ2/ZM-2.4/S-SP is a self-protected, 3-pole manual motor starter designed to provide reliable protection for small motors in industrial applications. This UL 508 and CSA 22.2 certified Type E combination motor controller includes a PKZ2/S-SP base module with contactor, a ZM-2.4-PKZ2 overload relay (with adjustable thermal range from 1.6 to 2.4 A), and a C-PKZ2 DIN rail mount. Its magnetic trip range is adjustable between 20 and 35 A. With horsepower ratings of 1/2 HP at 230 V and 1 HP at 460 V, the unit provides full motor circuit protection, eliminates the need for backup overcurrent devices, and includes built-in auxiliary contacts and advanced safety features for enhanced functionality and service continuity.
