The Moeller PKZ2/ZM-16/S-SP is a heavy-duty, self-protected manual motor starter built to deliver full motor protection in industrial applications. This UL 508 and CSA 22.2 certified Type E combination motor controller includes the PKZ2/S-SP base module with contactor, ZMR-16-PKZ2 overload relay (thermal range: 10–16 A), and C-PKZ2 DIN rail mount. With a magnetic trip range of 130–220 A, it supports motors rated up to 5 HP at 230 V and 10 HP at 460 V. Engineered with safety and performance in mind, it features a plug-in trip module, phase-loss detection, built-in auxiliary contacts, and eliminates the need for backup overcurrent protection, making it ideal for demanding motor control environments.
