The Moeller PKZ2/ZM-10/S-SP is a factory-assembled manual motor starter package that includes the PKZ2/S-SP basic module (with contactor), ZM-10-PKZ2 overload trip unit, and C-PKZ2 DIN rail mounting adapter. Designed as a UL 508 / CSA Type E self-protected combination motor controller, this unit handles motors up to 3 HP at 230 V and 5 HP at 460 V. It features an adjustable thermal overload range of 6–10 A and magnetic trip settings from 80–140 A. With built-in phase-loss protection, auxiliary contacts, and no need for backup overcurrent protection, it ensures reliable motor protection and long service life. The unit supports accessory integration and provides continuity of service under fault conditions.
