The Moeller PKZ2/ZM-1.6/S-SP is a compact, self-protected manual motor starter designed to safeguard motors from overload and short circuit conditions. This Type E UL 508 and CSA 22.2 certified combination motor controller includes the PKZ2/S-SP base unit with integrated contactor, ZM-1.6-PKZ2 overload module (adjustable from 1–1.6 A), and C-PKZ2 DIN rail adapter for flexible mounting. The magnetic trip is adjustable from 14–22 A, supporting motors rated up to 1/3 HP at 230 V and 3/4 HP at 460 V. Engineered with robust safety features such as a plug-in trip module, phase-loss protection, and built-in auxiliary contacts, it delivers reliable performance and long service life for industrial motor control applications.
