The Eaton MSC-DEA-4-M7(24VDC) is a Direct-On-Line (DOL) motor starter rated for motors up to 1.5 kW at 400 V AC-3 applications. It includes a built-in thermal overload relay with a setting range of 1–4 A and a 24 V DC coil for actuation. Designed to meet IEC/EN 60947-4-1 standards, this device offers high short-circuit resistance with a rated Iq of 100 kA and coordination type “2”. It is suitable for IE3 motors and can be integrated with SmartWire-DT for communication when equipped with an additional module. The starter is preassembled with a PKE motor-protective circuit-breaker and a DILM7 contactor, offering compact protection and control for motor circuits.
