The Eaton/Moeller MSC-DEA-32-M25(24VDC) is a direct-on-line (DOL) motor starter designed for reliable motor control and overload protection in demanding applications. Built as a complete device, it combines a PKE32 motor-protective circuit-breaker with a DILM25 contactor. The unit is capable of starting and protecting motors up to 11 kW at 400 V AC-3 and up to 15 kW at 500 V, with a rated operational current of 21.7 A at 400 V and 23.4 A at 500 V. It features an adjustable overload setting range of 8–32 A, a non-delayed short-circuit release of 448 A, and a high short-circuit withstand capacity of 100 kA at 400 V (50 kA at 500 V). The starter provides type 2 coordination, operates with 24 V DC actuating voltage, and is designed with screw-type main connections and IP20 protection. Fully compliant with IEC/EN 60947-4-1 standards and IE3-ready, the MSC-DEA-32-M25 is also SmartWire-DT compatible (via optional module), making it a future-proof solution for modern energy-efficient motor systems.
