The Eaton/Moeller MSC-DE-32-M32(24VDC) is a robust and efficient direct-on-line (DOL) motor starter designed for reliable motor control and protection. Combining a PKE32 motor-protective circuit breaker with a DILM32 contactor, it delivers dependable operation with an adjustable overload protection range of 8–32A and a non-delayed short-circuit release of 448A.
This model supports motors up to 15 kW at 400V AC-3 (29.3A) and 18.5 kW at 500V AC-3 (28.9A), making it ideal for medium- to high-power applications. Operating on 24V DC control voltage, it withstands short-circuit currents up to 100 kA at 400V and 50 kA at 500V.
The MSC-DE-32-M32(24VDC) complies with IEC/EN 60947-4-1 and VDE 0660, is IE3 motor compatible, and supports both Type 1 and Type 2 coordination. With screw terminal connections, IP20 protection, and SmartWire-DT communication readiness (with an optional module), it ensures safe, flexible, and future-proof motor control in industrial environments.
