The Eaton/Moeller MSC-DE-32-M32(230V50HZ) is a direct-on-line (DOL) motor starter designed for efficient and reliable motor starting and protection. It integrates a PKE32 motor-protective circuit-breaker with a DILM32 contactor, forming a complete and compact assembly. With an adjustable overload release range of 8–32A, it supports motor ratings up to 15 kW at 400V AC-3 and 18.5 kW at 500V AC-3. The starter delivers a rated operational current of 29.3A at 400V and 28.9A at 500V, with a short-circuit withstand capability of 100kA (380–400V) and 50kA (500V). A non-delayed short-circuit release of 448A enhances protection. It supports both type 1 and type 2 coordination, operates at 230V 50Hz actuating voltage, and is compliant with IEC/EN 60947-4-1 and VDE 0660 standards. With IP20 protection, IE3 motor readiness, and SmartWire-DT compatibility (with module), the MSC-DE-32-M32 is ideal for modern motor control applications.
