The Eaton/Moeller AT0-11-230AFT-ZBZ/X is a spring-powered mechanical interlock switch designed for safe door interlocking in industrial machinery. Operating at 230 V 50/60 Hz, it features one normally open (NO) and one normally closed (NC) contact. The device provides continuous door position monitoring, interlock monitoring, and an auxiliary release mechanism for emergency unlocking with a screwdriver during power loss (must be sealed in normal use). Compatible with a wide range of actuators (straight, angled, flexible, overlap designs), the operating head can be rotated in 90° increments for versatile mounting. When power is removed, the interlock remains active, ensuring the door stays safely locked even under power failure. Rated IP65 with the proper cable gland, this interlock ensures reliable safety compliance for machine guarding applications.
