The Moeller PKZM0-25/AK is a manual motor protector designed to protect motors against overloads and short circuits. It provides an adjustable thermal range of 20–25 A with a magnetic trip response of 350 A, delivering precise motor protection based on full load current ratings. With a short circuit current rating of 10 kA at 600 V AC and approved for use with fuses up to 150 A or breakers up to 125 A, this protector ensures dependable safety in motor circuits. Rated at 7.5 HP for 230 V and 15 HP for 460 V motors, the PKZM0-25/AK is UL listed and CSA certified, and approved for group installations under NEC 430-53 and CEC rule 28-206. This allows cost and space savings by eliminating the need for individual branch circuit protective devices in industrial control panels.
