The operating head can be turned manually in
90 ° stages to match the specified plane of
actuation.

The spring-powered AT0-..-...FT-ZBZ is equipped
with a release mechanism which can be accessed
with a screwdriver to deactivate the interlock in
the event of a power loss (e.g. during start-up).
This auxiliary release mechanism must be sealed
during normal operation!

For degree of protection IP 65, use cable gland M20 with a maximum connection
thread length of 9.5mm (V-M20)

Interlock Activated Interlock Deactivated Door Open

Door closed and interlocked Requires no power: interlock also remains active under power loss or wire breakage Interlocked door = safe state N.C. enabling contact 21-22 is closed and allows an operation e.g. machine run, to start
To release door (deactivate interlock) Apply voltage to the coil (A1, A2), e.g. from a motion detector. The N.C. enabling contact 21-22 opens. The N.C. door monitoring contact 11-12 remains closed as long as the door remains closed.
Opening the door Only possible once it is released. The N.C. door monitoring contact 11-12 opens to indicate the open door.
Re-closing the door Both contacts are blocked open, even where attempts are made to tamper using basic tools
To interlock door Triple-coded actuator removes the block on the N.C. enabling contact 21-22. The N.C. door monitoring contact 11-12 re-closes.

Remove voltage from coil:
1. Actuator is locked in.
2. The N.C. enabling contact 21-22 closes.

The enabling contact can only close when the door is interlocked
