The Eaton/Moeller FAZ-D5/4 is a 4-pole, 5 amp D-curve supplementary circuit breaker designed for use in applications with high inrush inductive loads such as motors and transformers. Recognized under UL 1077 and CSA C22.2 No.235, this DIN rail-mounted device features a thermal-magnetic trip unit with instantaneous trip response between 10–20 times the rated current (In). Intended for supplementary protection within appliances or equipment (not as branch protection), the FAZ-D5/4 is compact, trip-free, and includes features such as a contact position indicator and current-limiting design. Conforms to IEC 60947-2 and is CE marked.
